Apart from of course Billie herself, the film also stars her brother (and producer) Finneas. Their parents Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell also take part for a more intimate look into her life.
Billie Eilish released the first trailer for her documentary in December 2020. An extra clip followed in early February, and so the countdown to February 26th was in full swing. Now the time has finally come. Billie Eilish releases The World’s A Little Blurry on Apple TV+.

With the documentary, award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler offers a deeply intimate look at this extraordinary teenager’s journey.
At the age of only seventeen, she coped with life on stage and at home while she was writing, recording, and publishing her debut album “WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?”.
As we reported in VALEUR MAGAZINE No. 38, 2020 was the year that Billie Eilish finally became a music icon. With 5 Grammy Awards and mega-hits like “No Time To Die” or “Therefore, I Am”, she gathered fans of all ages worldwide.
The documentary will be released in cinemas by the American film production company NEON. Nevertheless, it also premieres on Apple TV + worldwide today, February 26, 2021.
