Once more, Patrizia Pepe’s deep passion for the world of music was a source of inspiration for the mood and style of the new collection. The video was set in New York. The photographer and film-maker Sharif Hamza directed the video. Thus, the campaign presents a new chapter in Patrizia Pepe’ Bang Bang story.
THE STORY BEHIND
Dua’s girl gang, flanked by her sure-fire “partners in crime”, Hunji and Estella, move from the city streets to an apparently deserted subway. Here, Zach unexpectedly appears the leader of a rival boy gang. With them the protagonist and her accomplice have previously clashed.
An electrifying encounter ensues. Laden with stares, suspense and attraction. Dua Lipa and Zach challenge each other in an open finale, to the notes of the cover song Bang Bang. They were re-arranged by the singer in an unreleased version which exudes a soft and melodic rhythm.
Set in urban atmospheres which exude contrasting yet magnetic sensations, the Patrizia Pepe summer collection expresses its contemporary spirit through essential and light silhouettes. Original fabrics, seductive transparencies and precious decorations exalte them.
