And neither Putin, nor his minions, nor his war will force us to fear or mope. It is, therefore, important that life goes on. Thus, it’s good that events take place that the world otherwise eagerly awaits every year. Such as the MET GALA in New York City. As usual, many superstars appeared on the red carpet who are friends of the houses Louis Vuitton and Versace.

This year’s MET GALA was all about the motto “Gilded Glamour”. The hairstyles and looks led us back to bygone eras such as the golden 20s or the Renaissance.

Walt Disney was certainly able to gather inspiration at the Met Gala 2022. Because that evening, Blake Lively appeared in a stunning Versace gown like a fairytale princess. Her husband, the ultra-charming Ryan Reynolds, was visibly proud and happy to have his beautiful wife by his side. It’s such an adorable couple, isn’t it?

Louis Vuitton stattete gleich 14 Superstars, Freunde des Hauses, für die Met Gala 2022 aus. Each wearing an archival or previously worn look, with a twist for the occasion.
In keeping with Louis Vuitton’s anchored commitment towards circular creativity, and the personal conviction of Artistic Director of Women’s Collections – Nicolas Ghesquière – guests joined the Maison in further extending the longevity and appreciation of Louis Vuitton creations.
Guests in attendance included Nicolas Ghesquière, Hoyeon, Bradley Cooper, Sophie Turner, Joe Jonas, Cynthia Erivo, and Chloe Moretz. Of course, the amazing Emma Stone also appeared in a fascinating Louis Vuitton style. Other Louis Vuitton ambassadors were Gemma Chan, Eileen Gu, Renate Reinsve, Phoebe Dynevor, Emma Chamberlain, Eve Jobs and Pat McGrath.
