Speaking of premieres, let’s stay in Cannes (see Top Gun Maverick report) for a moment because this week saw the beauties show off their latest looks at the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival. We had some of the best on our radar. Many of them wore glamorous pieces from Louis Vuitton.
STARS IN CANNES LOVE LOUIS VUITTON
Before we start, let’s look shortly to London, where Jennifer Connelly wore Louis Vuitton to the “Top Gun: Maverick” premiere. The gorgeous actress appeared in a custom-made ivory gown in silk mousseline embroidered with crystals and mini paillettes. She added a black leather belt as well as leather sandals. Jennifer completed the look with rings in white gold and diamonds from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry Collection. At the Top Gun Maverick photocall in Cannes, Jennifer Connelly wore a short dress embroidered with pink, beige, and brown mini paillettes and crystals as well as a white silk shirt and red high leather boots. At the Crime of Future Premiere, Lea Seydoux appeared in a custom-made black lace gown with black satin straps embroidered with silver paillettes and crystals as well as black satin sandals. The French actress also wore earrings and a ring in white gold, diamonds, and sapphires from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection.
At the Armageddon Time premiere jury member Deepika Padukone appeared in a custom-made red gown in leather satin with a peplum at the waist. Julia Roberts wore a custom-made black tailored jumpsuit in wool gabardine with navy satin lapel and tail.
Agathe Rousselle appeared at the Opening Ceremony of the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival in a custom-made cape gown in silk mousseline embroidered with silver and gold glass beads as well as black sandals. The French journalist also wore a ring in white gold and diamonds from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry Collection.
Also, the French astronaut and aerospace engineer Thomas Pesquet visited the Armageddon Time premiere in Cannes and opted for Louis Vuitton in a black tuxedo, white silk shirt, and a satin bow tie as well as black leather boots.
THE CELEBRATION SCREENING OF CRIMES OF THE FUTURE IN CANNES
On Tuesday, the premiere of a special film took place at the 75th Annual Cannes Film Festival. David Cronenberg’s “Crimes of the Future” is a very shocking movie. Some consider the film to be arguably the festival’s weirdest film. During the production, even the actors didn’t know they do. Actually, in brief, it’s about surgery, organs, and sex. Howsoever, in contrast to the dark story, the film’s stars all shone in Cannes.
