The girls travel along the east coast of Jutland. Here they make a stop in GJERRILD, where the group discovers the pretty CHURCH. As pretty as it may be, what is particularly interesting about the V-GUIDES is the material it is made of, chalk stone. Because this chalk, which is so typical of Denmark, will be encountered more often by the explorers on their way. Then it’s off to the NORD BEACH to relax while sunbathing.

The V-GUIDES need them again because it goes on to the STEEP COASTS KARLBY & SANGSTRUP. While the girls hike along the spectacular cliffs here, they keep an eye out for the unique fossils that can be discovered here.

In the KOLIND nature reserve, the KOLINDSUND, the girls then learn that a Stone Age Sea existed here more than 6,500 years ago. The journey now takes the group to AUNING.

THE GREEN MUSEUM and original Danish breeds of domestic animals such as cows, pigs, goats, sheep, and chickens await travelers here. They will visit the agricultural botanical garden with a hop garden and apple orchards with 281 original Danish apple varieties.

In the house of food, MADENS HUS, the V-GUIDES can take part in historical food preparation in four authentic kitchens. Dressed in period outfits, one girl goes to the 17th-century kitchen, while the others explore the 1880s, WWII-era, and 1960s kitchens to learn more about Danish cuisine.

Shortly after leaving Auning, the V-GUIDES then discover Helligbjerget (Holy Hill) on the left and then the impressive manor house GAMMEL ESTRUP. Even if it is far from midnight, ie witching hour, the girls may meet THE COUNTESS OF THE MANOR. While the Countess’s elegant chamber is not an exact replica, it is just an example of what the room might have looked like at the beginning of the 18th century.

Nevertheless, the V-GUIDES feel the spirit of the former masters on these premises. The team also finds the DANISH MANOR MUSEUM in-house. But such a beautiful day wants to be enjoyed, so the group hikes through the baroque GARDEN ON GAMMEL ESTRUP.

The loud roar of engines now lures the V-GUIDES to the AUNING KART PARK, where – there must be so much time – the friends are having another race. Who do you think will come out on top today?

Things are much calmer and more contemplative in RANDERS. Here, more precisely in STOREGADE 11-13, some snacks and cool drinks are waiting for the girls. They are fascinated by the ancient house and its special atmosphere. Strolling through the adjacent streets, they discover even more of the old HALF-TIMBER HOUSES from the 16th century.

During their walk, the friends also find the KUNSTMUSEUM (Art Museum). In the MUSEUM ØSTJYLLAND, they delve deeper into prehistoric times before learning more about the work of the residents in the CRAFTS MUSEUM. A very unusual museum, which the V-GUIDES then discover, is the PIGBOX MUSEUM.

From the piggy banks in the shape of animals to real, tropical animals in the ZOO REGNSKOV. The girls enjoy Denmark’s beauty at RANDERS FJORD and then, let themselves be pampered with massages at WATER & WELLNESS. Afterward, they relax in the saunas, steam baths, and whirlpool.

Hungry, the group heads to the RESTAURANT ØSTERGADE 1 in Østergade 1, where the explorers treat themselves to a first-class dinner. Then it’s off to BARRY’S PUB or another bar, where the party girls can spend time with locals while enjoying one of the largest selections of beers from all over the world, lots of live music, or karaoke.
